Minister Ivan Meyer met with the chairperson of the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB), Althea Lapoorta and fellow board member, Derick Fredericks on the 10th of June to discuss the activities of the board and the industry. As Provincial Minister of Finance, Dr Meyer has an oversight role over the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
