MEC Max Condemn the Killing of Three Farm Workers in Beaufort West

The Minister of Community Safety, Adv. Lennit Max, today reacted with shock on the shooting incident on Saturday when a 37 year old caretaker apparently shot and killed three workers, Mrs. Lena Nuwegeld (85), Mr. Hendrik September (64) and Mr. Mannetjie John (38) on the Nooitgedacht farm outside Beaufort West.

He conveyed his condolences to the families of the deceased.

Max says that arguments can never be settled with weapons and threats. No one has the right to take the life of any person and any such offender will answer to the courts.
