Minister Plato to Visit Gugulethu Residents to Discuss Safety Concerns

On Wednesday, 16 May 2012, Dan Plato, Western Cape Minister of Community Safety, will be visiting the Kiki Hostel area in Gugulethu to speak to residents about safety concerns.

Minister Plato has received reports from residents that gangsterism has become a problem in the Kiki Hostel area and is affecting the greater Gugulethu area. As a result, Minister Plato will be compiling a report based on testimony from the residents and will hand this report over to Western Cape Police Commissioner, General Arno Lamoer.
