Today, Monday 26 January 2015, Western Cape Minister of Community Safety, Dan Plato, together with Western Cape Minister of Social Development, Albert Fritz will conduct a youth safety walkabout in Manenberg.

The Ministers will be joined by officials from the various Departments who, together with the help of the Neighbourhood Watch, Community Policing Forum and the Police, will seek to assess and help address problems of safety and drug abuse, particularly among the youth, as well as inform and engage with parents about their role and responsibility towards their children’s development and education.
