Minister Plato to Visit Clarke Estate, Elsies River to Discuss Safety Concerns

Today, Thursday, 23 January 2014, Dan Plato, Western Cape Minister of Community Safety, will visit the community of Clarke Estate in Elsies River to discuss various safety concerns that have been raised.

Minister Plato will walk through the neighbourhoods of Clarke Estate and provide residents with safety information.
