Restrictions Placed on Three Bellville Taxi Associations

On 3 December 2012, Robin Carlisle, Minister of Transport and Public Works will provide an update on the restrictions placed on the following Bellville taxi associations:

• CATA Bellville
• Bloekombos
• Durbanville

The restrictions were imposed on these taxi associations following a period of taxi violence which saw three members of the industry killed and others wounded.
