During peak traffic periods, heavy vehicles on the steep grades of the Bothmaskloof Pass near Riebeek Kasteel may cause longer waiting times.
Shoulder closures will be put in place in areas where drainage infrastructure is being maintained and repaired, but these closures will have a limited impact on the travelling public.
The public is requested to be patient, to adhere to speed limits, and obey all road signs. This signage has been put in place to ensure the safety of road users and construction workers.
