Minister Grant to unveil latest enforcement technology at festive season launch

Tomorrow morning, Thursday 6 December 2018, Western Cape Minister of Transport and Public Works, Donald Grant, will launch the Integrated Provincial Traffic Operational Plan for the Festive Season 2018/2019.

Minister Grant will also unveil the latest law enforcement technology and interventions that will be deployed across the province to strengthen our efforts to making our roads safer.

The Minister will be joined by Mr Kenny Africa, Chief of Provincial Traffic Services. Chief Africa will provide an overview of the operational plan, detailing interventions that will be implemented in our collective efforts to significantly decrease fatal crashes on Western Cape roads.

Minister Grant will also highlight some of our Safely Home campaigns that will run over the festive season under the hashtag #BoozeFreeRoads.
