The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector in South Africa is a rapidly growing industry.

A Contact Center or Call Centre is a team of agents who handle incoming and outgoing customer calls for other businesses.

The BPO sector has contributed to job creation, skills development, and economic growth in South Africa while providing global businesses with efficient and cost-saving solutions.

Details of Event

All unemployed youth interested in a career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector are invited to come register and be interviewed for amazing learnership opportunities.

Minimum requirements of candidates

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Youth (18-34 years of age)
  • Currently unemployed
  • No criminal record
