Help MSMEs unlock new economic opportunities

This initiative seeks to partner with organisations that already deliver Business Development Support (BDS) programme to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and want to strengthen their existing support to help businesses become compliant and ready to access economic opportunities.

Many MSMEs face compliance barriers that prevent them from securing funding, qualifying for procurement opportunities, and entering new markets. Through this Call for Proposals, DEDAT aims to support programmes that help businesses overcome these challenges and become more competitive.

Call for Proposal

This Call for Proposals is not a procurement process. It is a collaborative partnership initiative where DEDAT seeks to strengthen existing programmes that have the potential to deliver meaningful and sustainable outcomes for MSMEs.

Applicants should clearly demonstrate how their programme translates business support into tangible economic opportunities, including increased market access, improved access to finance, and participation in procurement opportunities.

Submit your proposal and partner with DEDAT to help build a stronger, more competitive MSME ecosystem in the Western Cape.
