The form enables employers to comply with Section 21 of the Employment Equity Act 55 of 1998. This form contains the format for employment equity reporting by employers to the Department of Labour. Both small employers (i.e. employers employing fewer than 150 employees) and large employers (i.e. employers employing more than 150 employees) are required to use this form.
