Municipal Management Accountants Forum (MAF)

The Management Accountants Forum was established as a platform for the discussion of new reforms to be introduced at municipalities. The MAF are held on a quarterly basis and elevates matters to a higher level via the CFO-Forum. The intention is to respond to local government financial management reforms as a collective. The Forum also serves as a platform to make recommendations to National Treasury. All matters not resolved at the Forum will be cascaded to the Municipal CFO-Forum.
