Institutional Support and Capacity-Building (ICB) Programme:

Our work in the Department of Social Development relies on a network of social development partners who work together to deliver a range of social development services needed in poor communities.

In order to be able to deliver these services effectively, service providers need to be resilient, creative and practise good governance. This means that organisations must be capable of managing both their organisations and their services in an organised manner.

The ICB programme assists organisations by giving them access to information and opportunities that enhance governance, organisational development and funding for the provision of services.
