Hangberg Wellness Hub (Hout Bay Harbour CHC)

Description:

This is a wellness hub which offers the following services to promote wellness to residents in the Hout Bay Area:

  • Collection of chronic medication parcels (CDU)
  • Screening for TB, HIV testing, blood pressure, diabetes (sugar), and pregnancy
  • Screening for medical advice and appropriate referral
  • Onsite booking of appointments for the 30 Victoria Avenue CDC
  • Basic wound dressings
  • Health Promotion, advice and counselling
  • Vaccination Service (Every Thursday - 08:00 to 14:00)
