BEE Procurement Opportunities within Municipality

During the 2009/2010 financial year 98 tenders was tabled before the Bid Adjudication Committee. Out of the 98 tenders 13 tenders was cancelled. The decisions reached by the committee led to a total expense by Hessequa Municipality of R34 229 016.17 (Vat Excluded).

During the financial year 6 Consulting Engineers was appointed to manage 14 projects at a total cost of R3 290 315.00 (Vat excluded).

All 98 tenders included preferential procurement as per the PPPFA regulations.
