The Clanwillliam multi-purpose centre is a centre created for the community and their means. The centre deals with the provision of all pay money and community issues etc. Part of the centre is also used for performances such as concerts and meetings. In addition to the e-centre which provided the community with free use of internet, printing and computer access, the centre also consists of social development and social worker offices.
Clanwilliam is a town in the Olifants River valley in the Western Cape, South Africa, about 200 kilometres north of Cape Town. It is located in, and the seat of, the Cederberg Local Municipality. As of 2011 Clanwilliam had a population of 7,674. It is a small, rural area with slow development and limited resources.
