The Nduli e-Centre is housed in the local library in Kharasi Street in Ceres. The e-centre provides members of the community with free internet access, skills training and support to find jobs online.
Nduli is a suburb in the Cape Winelands, about 120 km northeast of Cape Town.
In the 1960s people were moved from nearby Sakkiesbaai (the name probably refers to the bags used during the construction of the houses) to Nduli, which means “on the hill”. Today Nduli consists of two areas: the town (old section) and the informal residential area.
