Cape Access is a Western Cape Government initiative that makes information and communication technology (ICT) more accessible to communities throughout Western Cape.

Our services include:

Members of the E-Centres get free:

• Use of computers
• Access to internet
• Access to email
• Printing (a maximum of 10 pages per person per day) 
• Access to government information and services
• Access to job, bursaries and research information
