This Game Changer project proposes the development of the 22 hectare former Conradie Hospital site into an integrated, sustainable, and affordable residentially-led, mixed-use neighbourhood. Western Cape Cabinet greenlights the Conradie Better Living Model development
On 5 December, during a Cabinet meeting, the Provincial Executive took a decision to confirm the disposal of the old Conradie hospital site to Concor Construction (in terms of the Land Administration Act (WCLAA, 1998).
