APP 2021/22 in-year changes
The 2021/22 Annual Performance Plans (APP) was finalised midst an extensive second wave of COVID-19 and other competing priorities like planning for the largest vaccine roll out programme in the history of the province. As a result, upon review, in-year changes to the 2021/22 APP were required and tabled as an addendum to the 2021/22 APP by votes and entities in the Provincial Parliament on the 24th November 2021. These changes/corrections have been effected to Quarters 3, 4 and Annual targets, as well as indicator definitions. These changes should be read in conjunction with the published APP 2021_22.
