Cape Town Energy Efficiency Forum Awards 2016 now open

In 2009, the City of Cape Town, Eskom and South African Property Owners' Association collaborated to launch the Energy Efficiency Forum for the Commercial Sector. This was a concerted effort to help people take action in order to maximise the potential of energy efficiency in the commercial sector of our local economy and also help the commercial sector address their environmental impact. The forum provides owners and managers of offices, shopping centres, hotels and other commercial and public buildings with practical knowledge on energy efficiency solutions. Their regular forum meeting offerings range from case studies, expert advice, and policy discussions to exploration of new and existing innovations.

Nominations are now invited for the Energy Efficiency Forum Awards 2016, and the deadline for submission is 13 September 2016. The annual award programme recognises excellence.
