Residential Solar Water Heater Accreditation Programme
The City is committed to promote the installation of 60 000 solar water heaters and heat pumps by 2017. This will help to reduce the electrical consumption of residential properties that will reduce the overall demand on the grid, particularly during peak hours when households tend to use hot water most.
