MOD Programme

The Mass Participation, Opportunity and Access, Development and Growth (MOD) programme is one of the flagship initiatives of the Western Cape Government, central to the ethos of creating a socially inclusive and active Western Cape. Bringing together different government departments and stakeholders the MOD programme is a shining example of how the Western Cape can work better together.
