The South African Council of Educators (SACE) is working with the Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC) and the national Department of Basic Education and the Department of HIgher Education and Training to upgrade teacher qualifications. The National Professional Diploma in Education (NPDE), allows currently under-qualified school educators the opportunity to upgrade their qualifications to become fully qualified professionals (REQV 13; M+3). |
