Hanover Park Community Healthcare Centre to Host Second Annual Walk for Life
Hanover Park Community Healthcare Centre (CHC), in association with the Allied Healthcare Practitioners, will be hosting a Health Walk event for people living with chronic pain and chronic diseases of lifestyle. The health walk will create awareness about these conditions and the positive lifestyle changes that the community can make.
The 5 km walk will start from Hanover Park CHC to Lansdowne Bridge and end off at Hanover Park swimming pools.
