Karl Bremer Hospital needs your help to find families of patients

Karl Bremer Hospital requires the assistance of anyone who can help us with the contact details of any relatives of patients who were admitted to the facility.

Family members or friends who come forward will not be liable for any medical bills. If you know the following residents or their loved ones, please reach out:

1. Jan Faro (male) is 52 years old and was admitted to the hospital on 1 August 2023. His last known home address is Marike De Klerk Street, Atlantis.

2. Arnoldis Cloete (male) is 45 years old and arrived at Karl Bremer Hospital on 7 May 2023. It is believed that he resides at the Don Rix Farm in Kraaifonetin near Botfontein Road, Belmont Park.

3. Armando Machava (male), aged 37, was admitted to the hospital on 25 May 2023 and is believed to reside in Bloekombos, Kraaifontein at Njokozela Street.

4. Edgar (male) is 23 years old and his surname is not known. He’s believed to reside in the Bellville and arrived at Karl Bremer Hospital on 2 June 2023.

5. Zelda Daniels (female) is 51 years old and was admitted to the hospital on 15 June 2023. She resides in the Bothasig area.

6. Rafael Nievada (male) is believed to be 45 years old and resides near the Bellville Taxi Station. He was admitted to the hospital on 10 June 2023.

7. Portia Welcome (female), aged, 37 and her last known address is Sikhobomgela Street, Wallacedene in Kraaifontein. She was admitted to the hospital on 19 June 2023.

8. Phakama Madolo (female) was admitted to the hospital on 17 July 2023 and is believed to reside in Tsholjana Street, Bloekombos, Kraaifontein. She is 32 years old.

9. Romano Olivier (male), aged 36, arrived at the hospital on 25 July 2023. His last known address is Hatherley Court, Scottsdene, Kraaifontein.

10. Heinrich Lochner (male) is 37 years old and arrived at Karl Bremer on 20 July 2023. He lives at the Night Shelter for Adults in Cloetesville, Stellenbosch.

11. Marthinus Strydom (male) is 45 years old and lives in Bellville South. He was taken into care at the hospital from 28 July 2023.

12. Bahle Lubaxa (male) is 35 years old and was admitted to the hospital on 8 August 2023. He resides in the Goodwood area.

13. David Joseph (male) is aged 47 and resides in the Bellville.  He was admitted for care on 14 August 2023.

14. Rayno Philander (male) is 36 years old and arrived at the hospital on 5 August 2023. He is believed to reside in Durbanville at the Vergenoeg Farm.
