- structural engineering
- electrical engineering
m- echanical engineering
con- struction & property management
to- wn planning
- land surveying
- horticulture
- quantity surveying.
Selections are based on: - academic performance
- valid code 8 driver's licence
- S2 academic level
- no previous in-service training.
The placement of students is for a period of eleven months with a set monthly allowance finalised before the internship starts. Students are initially engaged in an induction process of two weeks after which they are placed with a supervisor on site, or in the different components within the Department. |
