Rectification of Unlawful Commencement or Continuation of ECA Illegal Activities

Section 24G of NEMA came into authority on 7 January 2005. This gave the public a six (6) month period to notify the Department of any illegal activity in terms of ECA that was taking place and for which amnesty was sought. Several applications were lodged. The EIR form is only for use and completion by the people who notified this Department of their intention to apply before 7 July 2005.  >
