This is the report of the Desai Commission, which was tasked with investigating allegations made regarding listening devices, surveillance of staff, intelligence gathering and information management within the Provincial Government of the Western Cape. The Report also looks at whether any money changed hands between Jurgen or Jeannette Harksen and the Premier of the Western Cape.
