This Act authorises certain unauthorised expenditure in respect of the 2002/2003 financial year and charges the Provincial Revenue Fund accordingly.

This Act provides for the establishment, composition, objectives and functions of a Western Cape Provincial Youth Commission; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

This Act amends the Provincial Development Council Law of 1996, amongst others providing for a new form of composition of the Council, redefining the functions of the Council, providing for the appointment and responsibilities of a management committee to serve the Council and providing for the appointment of a chief executive officer of the Council.

This Act regulates amounts of money that are appropriated for the financial needs of the Western Cape Provincial Government for the financial year 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2005.

This Act amends the Land Use Planning Ordinance of 1985 (Ordinance 15 of 1985), so as to extend the period during which owners of land may exercise land use rights to 19 years.

This act amends the Western Cape Investment and Trade Promotion Agency Law, 1996. It provides for the amendment of the procedure in terms of which directors are nominated. In addition, it provides for the amendment of the powers and duties of directors; the funding provisions for the Agency; the repeal of the Western Cape Investment and Trade Agency constitution, and provides for matters incidental thereto.
