Smart Cape LogoThis is an initiative of the City of Cape Town's Smart Cape Access Project.
  • To make use of the PC and Internet facilities, you must register as a member of a municipal library within the Western Cape. All users are given a @smartcape.org.za e-mail address. The facilities may be used up to 45 minutes per day per user.
  • While the service is free, users are charged for printing from the PC or Internet.
  • Open during library business hours.
