Western Cape Provincial Bills: 2002

The object of the Bill is to give effect to the Second Report of the Standing Committee on Public Accounts, dated 7 December 2001, namely that certain unauthorised expenditure reported by the Auditor-General in the Report on the Accounts of the Provincial Administration of the Western Cape for the 1999/2000 financial year be authorised as a direct charge against the Provincial Revenue Fund.
