In order to mobilise partnerships and bring together stakeholders at different stages of the food chain to share information, issues and best practice, a series of food chain excursions will be taking place across the Western Cape.
The first tour will kicked off in Theewaterskloof Municipality where we visited production, storage and packaging facilities, feeding schemes and a fresh-food swap-shop, in areas such as Caledon, Grabouw, Riviersonderend and Greyton.
